Probate Executive with experience in Will & Codicil drafting, mananging excepted and non excepted estate administration from instruction through to conclusion, including dealing with a variety of tax issues, handling Court of Protection applications and creation of Lasting Powers of attorney through to registration, dealing with registration of already created EPAs. Due to complete ILEX qualification shortly and would like to progress to the STEP qualification. Salary c. £19,000
