In 2004, Tracey lost her Solicitor husband and faced the problems of looking after his sole practice. In 2005, as a result of her difficulty in finding trained legal staff to run his business she set up Warwickshire Legal Recruitment to assist members of Warwickshire Law Society.

Tracey combines a wealth of experience in all areas of office life having worked as Legal Cashier/Office Manager for 20 years.

In the past 5 years Tracey has built up a special relationship with firms across Warwickshire. Not only as a recruiter of permanent and part time staff but has been instrumental in the merger of legal practices. She has acted as a mentor to candidates seeking a career change, offering confidential practical advice and found work experience placements for Students/LPC Graduates.

Warwickshire Legal Recruitment has survived two very difficult years of recession and has continued to find positions of work for many unlucky enough to have been made redundant. In January 2010 Tracey is joined by Gillian Stocks.

Gillian was admitted as a Solicitor in England in the late 1970’s and in Trinidad and Tobago in the 1980’s and has since then practised both as an employee, Sole Practitioner and latterly as a Consultant. She has also been involved in owning and running other businesses not in the field of law. She therefore has a multi-faceted experience of the workplace both as an employee and employer. She has recently joined Warwickshire Legal Recruitment to provide it with the understanding of the needs of law firms and potential employees from a practitioner’s standpoint, thus continuing the ethos of the company when it was first set up.
